ONLINE United States Orders Only:

  • Whenever possible, in-stock orders with approved payment received by 3pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next day. We’ll send you an email when your package ships, complete with tracking info. Should any of the items on your order be out of stock, we will send you a notification as to when they are expected back in stock.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as your order is processed.
  • Tracking Numbers will be provided via email when we ship your order. They will be traceable a www.ups.com or www.fedex.com once the package is scanned by the postal service. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be accessible in the postal system.

Expected Transit Times:

  • All transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Quoted transit times are from the date that your package has been shipped and picked up by the UPS or FEDEX.
  • Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX.

1st class mail: 3-7 business days

Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

Express Mail: 1-2 business days

  • Free Shipping: Orders shipped via 1st class mail are shipped free of charge for any size order.

Returns and Exchanges - FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

Azzi Diamond Jewelers wants to you to have the very best online shopping experience. We understand that occasionally this may mean the need to return an item.

For up to 7 days from the date you received your item you may return your purchase. All returned items must be in original condition. Any items showing any signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage will not be refunded, or exchanged. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded and the return postage is the customer's responsibility.

How to Prepare Your Return/Exchange

  • Please keep your original packing as you will use it for your return. Any promotional or free items received with your purchase, should also be included. If you wish to keep the gift, you may do so, but you will be charged for the value of the gift against your refund.
  • If you are making a partial return, please include an invoice or packing list indicating which items are being returned.
  • If you do not have your packing list, please send a note with your name, address, email, phone number and order number.
  • Write either EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package.

There will be a difference between EGL International, EGL USA and GIA Reports or any other Diamond Report.  Azzi Jewelers or any representative thereof are not responsible or liable for any differences in diamond reports or appraisal grading.

All Rolex sales are final.
All special orders and custom orders are final.
Merchandise is subject to exchange up to 15 days after purchase.  Items being exchanged must be in new condition and will not be exchanged if damaged, worn or sized.
